Helping music teachers create $10k/m Lifestyle Music Schools—profitable, purpose-driven, and freeing them to live as musicians again
Step Into Your Next Income Level: Shedding the Shadow Self
In our music ed industry, many teachers dream of a profitable, fulfilling lifestyle. But it’s the shadow self—the one stuck in the old model—that holds them back. The shadow self thinks running a music school means constant burnout and endless chasing of students.
The shadow you believes you need to:
Teach 40+ hours/week to get by.
Offer free trials just to fill your schedule.
Accept every student, even if they drain your energy.
Put your own music career on the back burner.
These old beliefs keep you from becoming your true, core self—the one who runs a music school that fits the life you want, not the other way around.
The Core You—the Lifestyle Music Teacher
The core you shifts from that outdated way of thinking to something that brings fulfillment and freedom:
You embody the Lifestyle Music Teacher, earning more while teaching less, thriving both financially and creatively.
Instead of...
Unlock Six-Figure Freedom as a Lifestyle Music Teacher: Step into the New Era of Value Creation
I just returned from an incredible 3-day intensive with my mentor, Dan Bolton, who shared The New Era Value Creator—his own approach to building a 7-figure brand that goes beyond making more money. It’s about redefining your value, purpose, and scaling impact.
For us as music teachers, I see this as becoming Lifestyle Music Teachers.
This journey is about more than just growing your music school. It’s about living where freedom, passion, and profit are your foundation—where every student and lesson aligns with who you are, not just what you teach.
No more burnout from just filling calendars.
We’re creating a new way of being—a standard for music teachers.
What Changes When You Become a Lifestyle Music Teacher?
No More Trial Lessons or Chasing.
Your brand and content work together to attract students who...
The beauty in business is that there isn’t just one way to run a 6-figure music school.
Just like there isn’t one way to learn music.
But time and time again, I see teachers scaling the traditional way:
Accepting any student with cash and a pulse...even when they don’t show up or pay on time.
Only offering 1-1 lessons...even when you know your students would thrive better in a group setting.
Minimal profit/time/energy margins...because you hired teachers when you didn’t absolutely need to.
But you didn’t sign up for this life. Running a 6-figure music school doesn’t have to feel this heavy.
After interviewing over 30 music teachers for my YouTube channel, I’ve learned there’s a new era happening for music school owners. They’re on their path to running away from the traditional way and towards their own Lifestyle Music Schools.
It’s the new model that’s only successful for the most courageous music teachers. Music...
How Apple taught me the SIMPLEST way to fill your music school with dream students.
If you know me, you know I’m an Apple nerd. Call me a sucker, but I literally have every Apple product known to man: iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, AirPods Pro, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Apple Card...the list goes on.
Ok...enough of me flexing The point is, even if there was an Apple cup holder, I’d still pay top dollar to get my hands on one.
Why? Because that’s my perception of them. That’s how they’ve positioned themselves in the market, and I’m ok with paying that much.
The problem in the music lesson industry is… there are too many of the same teachers in the world. Like every industry Apple jumps into, ours is heavily saturated.
I hear too many: “I teach students of all ages and skill levels!”
“We have the best lessons!”
“We’re the cheapest in the area!”
If you’re still saying that right now... Congrats!...
Why I stopped teaching piano lessons…
If you’ve followed my journey over the years, you might’ve known that I shut down my piano studio in 2022.
I felt so burnt out after years of juggling my life as a part-time piano teacher...
AND full-time music ed student…all while growing THIS coaching business.
And because I didn’t have the right teaching model for myself…
(I thought success meant teaching 40 private students lol)
I went through a year-long process of not taking on new students and letting old ones naturally leave.
While the dark side was saying “Who are you to help music teachers if you’re not a teacher yourself?”
The Jedi's were in my corner, saying “Where does your impact lie best? Who are you meant to serve?”
I wanted to share my story because I hope it empowers you to take that next chapter in your music school journey.
Maybe you’re leaving an old chapter of “getting as many students as I...
The 8th Grade Vote That Predicted My Career
A lot of people have asked me about my story...
While I don't talk about myself a lot, I thought it was important to share how I got to where I am today.
It started in 8th grade when everyone was picking their standouts for the yearbook.
If you don't know, it's like "Most likely to be a comedian." Or "Most likely to be a professional athlete."
To this day, I'm not sure why my classmates chose this, but I was voted as...
"Most likely to become a CEO."
In my head, I was confused.
"Am I supposed to be the next Steve Jobs or something?"
I never saw myself running my own business.
Years went by, and it became an afterthought.
Fast forward to today, and I’m able to look back at the impact created.
For myself, I...
Started my own business and became CEO of my small team.
Have a path to be financially secure at 22, right out of college.
Created a career I love, combining music education, entrepreneurship, and DJ-ing.
Designed a business...
The #1 content that’s helped our music teachers attract dream students effortlessly—without needing to post 100s of “tutorial” videos.
When you apply this part of our "Transformational Content Formula," you won’t just see more students—you’ll see more dream students.
You’re growing your YouTube, IG, and email list, but intrusive thoughts like these keep coming back:
“Why isn’t anyone liking my posts? Does anyone see me?”
“Why do students ghost me after hearing my prices? Should I even get on the call?”
“Why aren’t these helpful lesson videos translating into sales?”
This year, I’ve been grateful to coach my dream clients—teachers I connect with deeply. Reflecting on why they chose to work with me, I realized they resonated with my “core story.”
The struggle of growing my piano studio while facing burnout, settling for lower...
Growing your 6-figure music school with ease starts with THIS…
Being the music school owner, you're having calls every week with your potential students.
Listening to their challenges and goals for themselves.
And when it finally comes down to sign up, they say the dreaded words:
"I really like you, but I think I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing for a bit and I'll reach back out in a few months."
But what would be going on in your head if a student believed they could get better on their own?
"If they were struggling for the past year, how are they supposed to suddenly improve without my help?"
"I can't let them keep up the same bad habits they learned from their other teacher."
"They're just going to be in the same place months from now. I need to help them asap."
You have the obligation to lead and serve that student towards their goal.
And learning from you is the best path to achieving their...
