Transform Your Feed: Attract Dream Students with Impactful Content That Goes Beyond 'How-To
Â
Many music teachers make the mistake of filling their feeds with endless 'how-to' tutorials, thinking itâll bring in students.
Â
While those videos may get views, they often donât attract your ideal studentsâthe ones who are ready, committed, and want you specifically.
Â
Whatâs the issue with how-to content?
Â
â It teaches students to follow steps, but it doesnât connect with them on a deeper level.
â Itâs transactional: people get what they need and move on, no lasting bond or loyalty created.
â It turns you into just another teacher rather than THE teacher who changes lives.
Â
Instead, what if you focused on who your students need to become to thrive with you?
Â
The most powerful content speaks to your audience's transformation. It shows them who theyâll become by learning with you, not just what theyâll learn.
Â
Your students are not just looking for informationâthey're sear...
Step Into Your Next Income Level: Shedding the Shadow Self
In our music ed industry, many teachers dream of a profitable, fulfilling lifestyle. But itâs the shadow selfâthe one stuck in the old modelâthat holds them back. The shadow self thinks running a music school means constant burnout and endless chasing of students.
The shadow you believes you need to:
â Teach 40+ hours/week to get by.
â Offer free trials just to fill your schedule.
â Accept every student, even if they drain your energy.
â Put your own music career on the back burner.
These old beliefs keep you from becoming your true, core selfâthe one who runs a music school that fits the life you want, not the other way around.
The Core Youâthe Lifestyle Music Teacher
The core you shifts from that outdated way of thinking to something that brings fulfillment and freedom:
â You embody the Lifestyle Music Teacher, earning more while teaching less, thriving both financially and creatively.
â Instead of free trials, you...
Unlock Six-Figure Freedom as a Lifestyle Music Teacher: Step into the New Era of Value Creation
Â
I just returned from an incredible 3-day intensive with my mentor, Dan Bolton, who shared The New Era Value Creatorâhis own approach to building a 7-figure brand that goes beyond making more money. Itâs about redefining your value, purpose, and scaling impact.
Â
For us as music teachers, I see this as becoming Lifestyle Music Teachers.
Â
This journey is about more than just growing your music school. Itâs about living where freedom, passion, and profit are your foundationâwhere every student and lesson aligns with who you are, not just what you teach.
Â
No more burnout from just filling calendars.
Â
Weâre creating a new way of beingâa standard for music teachers.
Â
What Changes When You Become a Lifestyle Music Teacher?
Â
đ No More Trial Lessons or Chasing.
Your brand and content work together to attract students who are already sold on you. They come knowing why youâre the ON...
The beauty in business is that there isnât just one way to run a 6-figure music school.
Just like there isnât one way to learn music.
But time and time again, I see teachers scaling the traditional way:
â Accepting any student with cash and a pulse...even when they donât show up or pay on time.
â Only offering 1-1 lessons...even when you know your students would thrive better in a group setting.
â Minimal profit/time/energy margins...because you hired teachers when you didnât absolutely need to.
But you didnât sign up for this life. Running a 6-figure music school doesnât have to feel this heavy.
After interviewing over 30 music teachers for my YouTube channel, Iâve learned thereâs a new era happening for music school owners. Theyâre on their path to running away from the traditional way and towards their own Lifestyle Music Schools.
Itâs the new model thatâs only successful for the most courageous music teachers. Music schools that SUPPORT their dream lifestyles, not control t...
How Apple taught me the SIMPLEST way to fill your music school with dream students.
If you know me, you know Iâm an Apple nerd. Call me a sucker, but I literally have every Apple product known to man: iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, AirPods Pro, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Apple Card...the list goes on.
Ok...enough of me flexing đȘđ€ The point is, even if there was an Apple cup holder, Iâd still pay top dollar to get my hands on one.
Why? đ Because thatâs my perception of them. Thatâs how theyâve positioned themselves in the market, and Iâm ok with paying that much.
The problem in the music lesson industry is⊠there are too many of the same teachers in the world. Like every industry Apple jumps into, ours is heavily saturated.
I hear too many: â âI teach students of all ages and skill levels!â
â âWe have the best lessons!â
â âWeâre the cheapest in the area!â
If youâre still saying that right now... Congrats! Youâre just like MY traditional piano teacher from 15 years ago.
After grinding for 5...
Why I stopped teaching piano lessonsâŠ
If youâve followed my journey over the years, you mightâve known that I shut down my piano studio in 2022.
I felt so burnt out after years of juggling my life as a part-time piano teacher...
AND full-time music ed studentâŠall while growing THIS coaching business.
And because I didnât have the right teaching model for myselfâŠ
(I thought success meant teaching 40 private students lol)
I went through a year-long process of not taking on new students and letting old ones naturally leave.
While the dark side was saying âWho are you to help music teachers if youâre not a teacher yourself?â
The Jedi's were in my corner, saying âWhere does your impact lie best? Who are you meant to serve?â
I wanted to share my story because I hope it empowers you to take that next chapter in your music school journey.
Maybe youâre leaving an old chapter of âgetting as many students as I canââŠ
And moving into a new chapter of âfeeling fulfilled teaching dream stu...
The 8th Grade Vote That Predicted My Career
A lot of people have asked me about my story...
While I don't talk about myself a lot, I thought it was important to share how I got to where I am today.
It started in 8th grade when everyone was picking their standouts for the yearbook.
If you don't know, it's like "Most likely to be a comedian." Or "Most likely to be a professional athlete."
To this day, I'm not sure why my classmates chose this, but I was voted as...
"Most likely to become a CEO."
In my head, I was confused.
đ "Am I supposed to be the next Steve Jobs or something?"
I never saw myself running my own business.
Years went by, and it became an afterthought.
Fast forward to today, and Iâm able to look back at the impact created.
For myself, I...
đĄ Started my own business and became CEO of my small team.
đĄ Have a path to be financially secure at 22, right out of college.
đĄ Created a career I love, combining music education, entrepreneurship, and DJ-ing.
đĄ Designe...
The #1 content thatâs helped our music teachers attract dream students effortlesslyâwithout needing to post 100s of âtutorialâ videos.
Â
When you apply this part of our "Transformational Content Formula," you wonât just see more studentsâyouâll see more dream students.
Â
Youâre growing your YouTube, IG, and email list, but intrusive thoughts like these keep coming back:
Â
â âWhy isnât anyone liking my posts? Does anyone see me?â
â âWhy do students ghost me after hearing my prices? Should I even get on the call?â
â âWhy arenât these helpful lesson videos translating into sales?â
Â
This year, Iâve been grateful to coach my dream clientsâteachers I connect with deeply. Reflecting on why they chose to work with me, I realized they resonated with my âcore story.â
Â
đ The struggle of growing my piano studio while facing burnout, settling for lower income just to manage.
đ Transitioning from accepting any student to focusing on the right students.
đ A shared vision of impacting ...
Growing your 6-figure music school with ease starts with THISâŠ
Â
Being the music school owner, you're having calls every week with your potential students.
Â
Listening to their challenges and goals for themselves.
Â
And when it finally comes down to sign up, they say the dreaded words:
Â
"I really like you, but I think I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing for a bit and I'll reach back out in a few months."
Â
But what would be going on in your head if a student believed they could get better on their own?
Â
đ "If they were struggling for the past year, how are they supposed to suddenly improve without my help?"
Â
đ "I can't let them keep up the same bad habits they learned from their other teacher."
Â
đ "They're just going to be in the same place months from now. I need to help them asap."
Â
You have the obligation to lead and serve that student towards their goal.
Â
And learning from you is the best path to achieving their goals...right?
Â
Growing your 6-figure ...
